Negentropic Engine Optimizer — the inference engine room on real metal. Local LLM substrate, research daemons, and the S23 tricorder → vision-inference loop. Not a cloud API. Not a demo. A pipeline that ticks or it doesn't.

• Field ingest — Galaxy S23 via Phone Link → vision packet → route to Q + Crusher
• Audit instrument — neo_reporter.py is the ground-truth process scanner (restart first)
• Epistemic gate — GAS → LIQUID → CRYSTAL before anything hardens to CRYSTAL

Honest state: some pipeline daemons go stale without supervision. Ollama runs. Reporter must be green before you trust the rest. Supervision is the fix — not another slide deck.
